is there any such thing as a belt fed ak-47…?
if so where/how …?
and if not how much trouble to make it so..?

Well sir there is no such thing. The design of the AK prevents any such modification. The type of weapon your asking about would be the RPK but again it’s an AK design but is magazine/drum fed.
The PKM is belt fed but the design is not designed around the AK and fires the 7.62×54 round.
